Refund & Return Policy

At Divine Script Academy, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality Qur’an education. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and we have created a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only to new students within the first 7 days of their enrollment.
  • To qualify, the student must have attended no more than two classes.
  • After this period or once more than two classes are completed, refunds will no longer be eligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@divine-script.digital with the following details:

  • Student’s full name
  • Enrollment date
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed through the original payment method used during registration.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Missed or Rescheduled Classes

  • Missed classes due to a student’s absence cannot be refunded, but they may be rescheduled upon prior notice.
  • If a class is missed due to a technical issue or teacher unavailability, we will reschedule the class at no extra cost.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • After the 7-day initial period has passed
  • Student withdrawal without valid reason
  • Failure to attend scheduled classes without notice
  • Violation of Divine Script Academy’s code of conduct or academic policy

6. Program Changes or Cancellations

If Divine Script Academy cancels a course or is unable to deliver the classes as promised, a full refund will be issued automatically or alternative class options will be offered.
